At AR Summit Systems, we provide only professional services that are custom and non-physical in nature. As such, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website:

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any services purchased.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our offerings are professional services and not physical or shippable products.

  • Services are delivered digitally, in person, or through communication platforms.

  • Once service work has commenced, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

  • It is your responsibility to review service details prior to purchase or subscription.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, as clearly stated at the time of checkout.

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge through a chargeback—especially under false claims such as “product not received”—will be considered a violation of these terms. As our services are non-physical, professional services delivered digitally or in person, there is no physical shipment or tracking number applicable.

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide your issuing bank with full documentation to confirm that:

  • The product is a professional service, not a physical good

  • Services were initiated, delivered, and/or engaged with by the client

  • You remained subscribed or active during the billing period

This policy exists to protect both our business and the integrity of the banking system from misuse or misrepresentation of chargeback claims.

We reserve the right to pursue further action, including account suspension, collections, and reporting abuse, in the case of invalid or fraudulent chargeback attempts.
